Every module can be switched on or off per company, so you only pay for what you actually use.

Available without a website too: Promokit CRM, Promokit TEAM and Promokit MAIL can be used standalone, at app.promokit.hu.

How is the total price made up?

Monthly fee, operation and maintenance: this keeps the system running smoothly, with ongoing updates and security patches, starting from your chosen package's monthly fee. One-time project fee, setup and custom design: at launch we build the system with a custom design, or migrate your existing WordPress or other site, typically between 120,000 and 450,000 forints plus VAT depending on complexity, always with an individual quote. Optional extras, email and domain: if you would rather not deal with a separate mailbox provider and domain renewals, we can take care of those too — you only pay for them if you request them, typically starting from 1,490 forints plus VAT a month.

How much do you save compared to WordPress?

A typical WordPress plus WooCommerce site weighs in at 200 to 500 megabytes, Promokit's is 37 megabytes. Load time is 0.3 to 0.8 seconds instead of 3 to 5 seconds. Plugin subscriptions (SEO, webshop add-ons, email automation, CRM, security) typically cost 200,000 to 560,000 forints a year; with Promokit, all of that is already included in the base price. Plans start from just 14,990 forints plus VAT a month, that's 179,880 forints plus VAT a year.
